CHRISTMAS SNOW STORM 2021

MORTGAGE NEWS
The following are some of the Federal loan changes that have already gone into effect:
- 2021 FHA Loan Limit for Grays Harbor County has increased to $420K, $538K, $651K, $809K (single-family residential, duplex, tri-plex, 4-plex, respectively).
- Fannie Mae has increased the amount they will lend from $548,250 up to $647,200 for Single-family Residential.
- Fannie Mae has also increased Multi-family loan limits:
Duplex = $828,700; Tri-plex = $1,001,650; 4-plex = $1,244,850
The items above were obtained from different online news sources.
Interest rates have increased to around 4.125% with 0 points (depending on credit and down payment). Funding is available through FHA, VA, USDA and Conventional Loans to buy primary and secondary/vacation homes in Ocean Shores and the North Beach. There are investment and construction loans available as well.
