Held just off the Chance a La Mer Ave (or Shilo) beach access street. See more info and pictures at www.OceanShoresInfo.com/pics/kitefestival2010.html FLAG DAY PARADE 2010 The annual Flag Day Parade occurred on June 12th along the streets of downtown Ocean Shores with the newly paved streets, the new sidewalks, lighting and round-about.
