OTHER NOTABLE LOCAL NEWS The City of Ocean Shores issued an incredible  197 single-family new home permits for 2020 , which is up from 174 in 2019 and 151 in 2018 and 105 in 2017.  You can see the entire 2020 report from the Permit Office at  http://oceanshoresinfo.com/cityinfo/2020permits.pdf .
