KITE FESTIVAL ~ JUNE 2017

GRAYS HARBOR EXPO ~ MAY 2017

OTHER NOTABLE LOCAL NEWS

- The County finished installing sewers in Illahee (located just outside of Ocean Shores).

(April 1st - June 30th and January 1st - June 30th)
We are having the best year so far compared to the past few years. Here are some very positive numbers:
- # of Sold Properties and the Median Sales Price went up.
- Total # of Listings is down.
The numbers below show that Ocean Shores is still one of the leaders for affordability, availability and productivity (# of properties and volume closed) compared to the other beach towns along the Washington Coast. Ocean Shores also offers a lot more availability and affordability for building lots too.
