NOTABLE NEWS and EVENTS 

LOCAL NEWS

• The North Beach Hyaks Varsity Football Team is currently undefeated.
• The Overlake St Bridge is now open!  You can see the news story at http://northcoastnews.com/news/repairs-complete-overlake-bridge-reopens.html.
• The repair to the Geotubes down by the Jetty has been completed.
• The City of Ocean Shores Mayoral race is in full swing.  Election Day is on November 3rd.

3rd-Quarter 2015 ACTIVITY/UPDATE

(July 1st - Sept 30th)

Here are some very positive numbers:

• # of Total Listings in Ocean Shores decreased from 841 a year ago to 727 in the 3rd-Q of 2015. 
• # of Total Pendings in Ocean Shores increased from 57 a year ago to 71 in the 3rd-Q of 2015.
• # of Total Solds in Ocean Shores increased from 152 a year ago to 181 in the 3rd-Q of 2015.
• Land is remaining stable, but relatively the same.  The # of Total Listings has decreased a small amount since a year ago.
• Homes have decreased in the # of Listings, and increased in the # of Solds and the Median Sales Price.
