1st - Sept 30th)
Here are some very positive numbers:
- # of Total Listings in Ocean Shores decreased from 841 a year ago to 727 in the 3rd-Q of 2015.
- # of Total Pendings in Ocean Shores increased from 57 a year ago to 71 in the 3rd-Q of 2015.
- # of Total Solds in Ocean Shores increased from 152 a year ago to 181 in the 3rd-Q of 2015.
- Land is remaining stable, but relatively the same. The # of Total Listings has decreased a small amount since a year ago.
- Homes have decreased in the # of Listings, and increased in the # of Solds and the Median Sales Price.
