INDEPENDENCE DAY on the
BEACH
July 4th fell on a Saturday and we had the
most amount of people compared to the past few years. It was a beautiful day.

2nd-Quarter/1st-Half 2015 MARKET ACTIVITY/UPDATE(April 1st - June 30th and January 1st - June 30th)
We having the best year
so far compared to the past few years. Here are some very positive
numbers:
- # of Sold Properties (in all categories) went up dramatically from the 1st-half of 2014 (203 properties and $20M) to the 1st-half of 2015 (297 properties and $30M)
- # of House Listings went down from 259 on 6/30/14 to 197 on 6/30/15
- # of Land Listings went down from 552 at the end of December 2014 to 515 at the end of June 2015
The numbers
below show that Ocean Shores is still one of the leaders for affordability,
availability and productivity (# of properties and volume closed) compared to
the other beach towns along the Washington Coast. Ocean Shores also offers a
lot more availability and affordability for building
lots.
