Enjoy free, unfettered access to our 6mi of sandy Beaches. This is one of the last affordable and developed areas on the West Coast w/ water, power and sewer hook-ups. You would be amazed at how affordable we are. These are just some of the reasons I moved here in Dec 2003. I was born and raised in Southern California. I graduated from UCLA in 2002 w/ a B.S. degree cum laude in Applied Math. I have been a real estate agent/broker in Ocean Shores since Sept 2004. I am glad to be a part of Coldwell Banker Ocean Shores Brokers w/ its great location...in a large building across the street from the gates/entrance into Ocean Shores w/ a large electronic sign. I work hard to offer my clients expertise, solutions, a caring attitude, a strong work ethic, and a heavy Internet marketing presence.
