April Swenson, Ocean Shores Real Estate ~ CRS and Managing Broker: Ocean Shores, WA...what a great place to live and invest at the Beach...23mi of freshwater Lakes and Canals; Parks; 18-hole Golf Course; the Bayshore Clubhouse; many hotels, restaurants, arcades, and shops in Downtown; and let us not forget the reason for it all...the BEACH. Enjoy free, unfettered access to our 6mi of sandy Beaches. This is one of the last affordable and developed areas on the West Coast w/ water, power and sewer hook-ups. You would be amazed at how affordable we are. These are just some of the reasons I moved here in Dec 2003. I was born and raised in Southern California. I graduated from UCLA in 2002 w/ a B.S. degree cum laude in Applied Math. I have been a real estate agent/broker in Ocean Shores since Sept 2004. I am glad to be a part of Coldwell Banker Ocean Shores Brokers w/ its great location...in a large building across the street from the gates/entrance into Ocean Shores w/ a large electronic sign. I work hard to offer my clients expertise, solutions, a caring attitude, a strong work ethic, and a heavy Internet marketing presence.
