- Ocean Shores, WA…what a great place to live and invest! This town has 23 miles of interconnecting fresh water Lakes & Canals; Parks; 18-hole Golf Course; the Bayshore Clubhouse; hotels; restaurants; and free access to our 6 miles of BEACHES. This is one of the last affordable and developed areas on the West Coast, with water, power and sewers in the street. These are just some of the reasons I moved here in Dec 2004 from So. Cal. I graduated from UCLA in 2002 with a B.S. degree cum laude in Applied Math. I have been a Realtor in Ocean Shores since Sept 2004. In Nov 2008, I passed the State Broker’s Exam and earned my Associate Broker’s License. In July 2010, I became a Managing Broker. In Dec 2010, I earned the CRS Designation. I work hard to offer my clients expertise, solutions, a caring attitude, a strong work ethic, and a heavy Internet marketing presence. Whether you are buying or selling, I am committed to my client's success by being diligent, professional, honest and hard working.
